3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

4.5 Dormant Account Fees

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1777d platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or transmit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 1777d.
• Use the 1777d brand name, logo, or any other trademark or service mark in any manner without express written authorisation.

Where 1777d's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
